The City of Swanville established a park on the block between 4th and 5th street and between DeGraff and Berkey Avenue. This block was donated by John A Berkey on September 15th, 1896. The park contains

horseshoe pits, a playground, skating rink in the winter month, public outdoor bathrooms, and a building with a kitchen. The City of Swanville will have the public maintenance man upkeep the grounds and

buildings. The building may be rented to the public for a fee and deposit. Renters must also have proof of liability insurance. Non-profit organization may be able to use the park for free on approval
